Hilltop is a collection of townhomes located in the quiet suburban enclave of Cedar Grove,
New Jersey. Surrounded by bustling neighborhoods such as Montclair and Verona, we wanted to highlight that living here was above all else. We established the brand with attention to detail and focused our design narrative around the sense of a crafted community. We told a story about harmonious living, tucked away in all its glory while still having the conveniences of city living. We held onto this narrative by designing a magazine specifically curated to all things Hilltop. We wanted to give prospective buyers the feeling that they are already part of this community even before they step foot into a home.
