At Exhibit, atmosphere is everything. Located in downtown Manhattan, this luxury 120 unit rental residence needed to position itself amongst the competition. To do this, we approached the project from a different angle, to give it a unique visual and verbal language. Personality if you will. We wanted to combine the original grit of NYC, contrasted with its superior construction, first class amenities and luxury appeal, to identify this building as a new downtown icon. We wanted to communicate the nostalgia and classic culture of the arts that resonated in this area and we did so by bringing in historic artists, photographers & furniture designers' Jimmie Martin, to curate the building and create a space that was like nothing else. The brand identity for Exhibit embraces the essence of "the original New York" while elevating it into a lifestyle that is worthy of today's demanding residents.
