multi-million dollar gut-renovation and upgraded the buildings interior & infrastructure. Due to the landmark status of the building the exterior could not be renovated. The innovations came at a time where the building lost two large block tenants and needed a brand refresh to help position the building. The approach was to reintroduce 75 Rockefeller. The building has such a historical influence, but with that comes the stigma of an older commercial space to brokers and tenants. Creating a brand that reembarked on the journey to reintroduce 75 Rockefeller Plaza as the "IT" building was a success to say the least. The identity matched the epitome of elegance and tradition while merging in new modern core values and a voice to be reckoned with.
